    • ₹499 Package: Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    • ₹2499 Package: Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    • ₹3499 Package: Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

 

3. Non-Consultation Package Refunds

3.1 Case-by-Case Basis:

  • Refunds for services or products outside of consultation packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. Users must provide valid reasons for requesting a refund, and each request will be evaluated individually.

 

3.2 Time Limit:

  • Refund requests for non-consultation packages must be made within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

 

4. Refund for Non-Receipt of Call

  • This provision applies to users who have purchased a consultation package but did not receive a scheduled call from Apollo Design Consultancy within the specified time frame.
